Thanks for pointing that out. I had not seen that before. And it is useful
there.
However, that page is entitled, "How to report a bug in Debian using
reportbug". It would be valuable to document it on https://www.debian.org/
Bugs/server-control entitled "Introduction to the bug control and manipulation
mailserver" as users are unlikely to be searching for information about how to
manipulate an existing bug on a page with instructions on how to report a new
bug.
