Hello, Phil!

Since with the addition of the German translation it is necessary to add 
the author to `debian/copyright` I will be creating version 1.4.2.

Before creating the version, I would really like you to have a look at 
my edit of the metadata files in the "main" branch 
(https://github.com/bigbigmdm/IMSProg/tree/main).

Please email me - is everything in them ok now?
