Hi,

Thank you for contributing to Debian.

This is a new package to Debian. Whatever version you upload to mentors as the latest, it
should be the only entry in the 'debian/changelog' with the initial release info and
closing the ITP bug. Once in Debian you will then add new 'debian/changelog' entries per
upload/release etc.
