I am looking for a sponsor for my package "kvazaar":

  kvazaar-doc - HEVC encoder - documentation

Note: the packaging files (for now) are available at

https://salsa.debian.org/fancycode/kvazaar

I'm planning to move this to the "multimedia-team" group once packaging
is final.

Package "hm" is required for building to run the tests from kvazaar.
