This is not RC, so I am retitling.

While the maintainer allows LowNMU, you have to reference the bug that the NMU is supposed to fix and add the NMU 
indication as first changelog entry:

  * Non-maintainer upload
  * New upstream version 0.0+git20230125
  * Fix build with kernel version >= 6.2 (Closes: #1027799)
