Re: Cannot create chroots with cowbuilder because of usr-is-merged

To be more specific, the problem is in trying to upgrade from usr-is-merged 37 to 38 in an sbuild based on unstable.  It doesn’t affect an sbuild based on testing.

The following packages will be upgraded:
 cpp-12 dpkg dpkg-dev g++-12 gcc-12 gcc-12-base libdpkg-perl libgcc-12-dev
 libnsl-dev libnsl2 libseccomp2 libstdc++-12-dev usr-is-merged
13 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 48.5 MB/48.5 MB of archives.
After this operation, 84.0 kB of additional disk space will be used.
