KeepassXC is a password manager which exposes a interface to allow access-conntroled retrieval of
passwords from its secure storage. keepassxc-proxy-client is a Python library that can speak this
protocol, allowing programmatic access to passwords in the database.  This packages also includes
a simple CLI client build using the library.

I am re-posting this RFS for this very small library in the hopes that I can get some feedback
on the packaging.

The source builds the following binary packages:

   keepassxc-proxy-client - Library to access a running KeepassXC instance
