Bug#1011406: RFS: safe/1.0.1-1 [ITP] -- library for safe c++ mutexes (development files)

Control: tags -1 moreinfo

Hi,

You do not need salsa-ci.yml with the default settings but can use the global yml file (see doc).

d/copyright: Please use the license name Expat instead of MIT.
The Copyright statement should not be part of the license.

README.md says:
"Most cmake code comes from this repo: https://github.com/bsamseth/cpp-project and Craig Scott's CppCon 2019 talk: Deep CMake for Library Authors. Many thanks to the authors!"
Please check what was taken from there and add the copyright statements and licenses.

Please consider relicensing debian/ to Expat as well so reverse dependencies are spared the headache of checking whether they can use the Debian version of the library (it might be patched and its binaries (Expat and GPL-2+) licensed.
I will not sponsor a package with a stricter debian/ license than upstream.

d/control: Please mention in the description that this is a header-only library.

d/rules: There seem to be tests available which are not run. Please make them run or describe why you do not include them.

When you have provided a new upload please untag moreinfo.

Thanks,
Bastian
