Please remove all of the descriptive lines in your changelog. A new package has to have exactly one line closing the ITP: * Initial release. Closes: #1009763.Have you had a look at the Cryptocoin Team? Your package fits their purpose and they might be more interested in sponsoring this than the general Debian public.
