I'm not sure what error you have encountered.
When I trying the following commands, it works (for me).
But perhaps it's not the good way.


dget -x

tar xzf python-radexreader_1.2.1.orig.tar.gz

tar xf python-radexreader_1.2.1-1.debian.tar.xz

cp -a debian/ python-radexreader-1.2.1/

cd python-radexreader-1.2.1/

debuild -b -uc -us

ls ../*deb
 ../python3-radexreader_1.2.1-1_all.deb
 ../radexreader_1.2.1-1_all.deb
