Yes, as per upstream, "This project relies on runtime code generation
and thus is CPU architecture specific", and "There are no plans for
32-bit x86 support. AArch64 support is planned". For details, you can

This makes me think that arm64 host support is still incomplete. Until
it released as stable by upstream, I think it's better to disable arm64
