The extra copyright holders were added during the initial ITP review
[1], and it seems they corresponded to the upstream git contributors to
each individual file by the time of the 0.5-3 release. I have refreshed
d/copyright to ensure it matches the authors explicitly mentioned in
upstream current LICENSE file and other headers.
