Contributors in d/copyright

Hi,

dumb question. I convert another d/copyright into DEP5 format. The old 
file contains:

With help from:

What do I do with these "With help from" people? Should I put them into 
the Copyright line? Or should I simply ignore them, assuming that the 
names are anywhere in the source code or changelog files?
