The origtargz is not the one you get when you download via uscan. It is
essentially the uscan version without debian. Please fix that.

There are GPL-3+ and GPL-3.0+. Please use the notice that is now defined
by GPL-3.0+ but use the shortname GPL-3+.
The asyncdispatcher files have the right shortname GPL-3+ but have an
Apache-2 notice attached to them.
In my opinion all the files with Tianjin KYLIN Information Technology
Co., Ltd. copyright can be simplified by matching * with appropriate
year range.
