libgtk-2.0-dev and libgtk-3-dev are coninstallable, no problem here.
libgtk-4-dev is currently only in experimental, but it is also co-installable
on my machine's pbuilder after adding experimental. So technically it should be
possible.

Fedora, openSuse and Ubuntu are not Debian.
So lets avoid having duplicated source packages without technical reason.
