Its name should end with .patch and you should fix or remove the boilerplate in its header. Also, if you want this package to be included in bullseye, please read and be prepared to follow https://release.debian.org/bullseye/freeze_policy.html#appropriate after this version arrives in sid and builds. -- WBR, wRAR
