* QA upload.
* Using new DH level format. Consequently:
- debian/compat: removed.
- debian/control: changed from 'debhelper' to 'debhelper-compat' in

- Added Rules-Requires-Root: no.
- Bumped Standards-Version to 4.5.0.
- Updated Vcs-* fields in source stanza to Salsa.
* debian/gbp.conf: removed.
* debian/patches/:
- Renamed ftbfs-gcc-7.patch to 0007-ftbfs-gcc-7.patch for consistency
with patches index numbering.
- 0007-ftbfs-gcc-7.patch: added header fields Description, Author,
Bug-Debian and Last-Update.
- 0008-fix-ftbfs-gtypes.patch: added to fix FTBFS. (Closes: #971102)
- series: updated for 0007-ftbfs-gcc-7.patch.
* debian/upstream/metadata: added Changelog, Homepage and Repository fields.
* debian/salsa-ci.yml:
- Added to provide CI tests for Salsa.
- Allow reprotest to fail in Salsa.
