popcon does not report package versions, so this isn't really feasible
to implement correctly. The only way you could do it is to do the
graph based on the installed version of popularity-contest (which
could be different to the release of the package that is installed),
which is available in the reports, and is what is used to make the
"Stable reports" thing that you mentioned.
