This bug was already fixed in upstream verison 0.9.13,
and it is therefore fixed in 0.9.13-1.
Listing it as fixed in 0.9.14-1 would incorrectly state that
the bug is still in 0.9.13-1.
I'd be glad to upload if you remove the incorrect line from
the changelog.
The correct way to close such an already fixed bug indicating the
version it was fixed is an email to 945905-done@bugs.debian.org
with a first line
Version: 0.9.13-1
Yes this is nitpicking in this case, but version tracking for release
critical bugs also works on this version metadata in the bts.
