I'm afraid that it fails to repack the source:

Looking at B-Deps, I see:
Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 12)
Build-Depends-Indep: dh-python, python3 (>= 3.5), python3-appdirs, python3-minidb, python3-nose, python3-pycodestyle, python3-requests,
 python3-setuptools, python3-yaml, python3-lxml, python3-cssselect

so stuff required to pack the source would need to be moved into regular
B-Deps.
