     - Remove without autoreconf and add override_dh_autoreconf in d/rules
     - Update path for file in d/copyright

Repository-Browse.
     Update: Bug-Submit
   * Add duplicated file in d/coinor-libcbc-doc.links
   * Remove override_dh_fixperms from d/rules
