Differences from testing package (1.7.0+dfsg-1):
* Update d/README.source for buster-backports
* Revert docs-use-recommonmark-as-an-extension (upstream applied) patch as
Buster has recommonmark 0.4.0 and this patch requires recommonmark 0.5.0+.
