Many thanks for reviewing the software. Thanks for forwarding the email.

1. I have changed the section to "utils" as suggested.

2. I have updated debian/copyrights with the copyright information for the 
two m4 files and also for the GoogleTest file.

3. I have cleaned up debian/changelog.

4. I have removed the override for dh_auto_install which was indeed 
unnecessary.

I have uploaded version 1.6 on mentors.debian.net:
