Changes since the last upload:

   * QA upload.
   * Run wrap-and-sort.
   * Set Debian QA Group as maintainer. (see #809234)
   * Using new DH level format. Consequently:
       - debian/compat: removed.
       - debian/control: changed from 'debhelper' to 'debhelper-compat' in
         Build-Depends field and bumped level to 13.
   * debian/control:
       - Added homepage field.
       - Added 'Rules-Requires-Root: no' to source stanza.
       - Bumped Standards-Version to 4.5.0.
       - Removed lwatch-dbg package because now is normally autogenerated.
   * debian/copyright:
       - Migrated to new format 1.0.
       - Updated all data.
   * debian/dirs: removed usr/sbin field.
   * debian/patches/010_fix-spelling-error.patch: created to fix spelling
     errors.
   * debian/rules:
       - Added DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS variable to improve GCC hardening.
       - Migrated to new (reduced) format.
   * debian/tests/control: created to perform CI test.
   * debian/upstream/metadata: created.
   * debian/watch: updated.
