Changes since the last upload:

   * QA upload.
   * Update Standards-Version to 4.5.0
   * Use debhelper-compat.
     - Update to compat level 13.
     - Remove cdbs.
     - Remove dh-autoreconf.
     - Simplify d/rules.
     - List files not installed.
     - Adjust the path for mutiarch location.
   * Mark Vcs to salsa.
   * Remove whitespace from changelog.
