   * Orphan the package. (See: #915443)
   * Update compat level to 12
     - Add dependency on ${misc:Depends}.
   * Remove dependency on cdbs.
   * Add build dependency on aspell.
   * Link copyright to GPL-2
   * Update FSF address.
   * Point Vcs to salsa.
