Hi!
There are no bundled Windows libs, thus that part of the changelog is both
unnecessary and misleading.  Could you please drop that?  In general, only
parts of the changelog that are relevant for packaging and/or truly notable
are supposed to be replicated into the Debian changelog.

Also, there's a signing key for upstream, yet the .orig tarball is not
signed.
