There could be several workarounds. Since Debian Developers all have the
permission to create new repos under Debian/ namespace, we may create a new
one, push everything onto it, grant you a maintainer role for the new repo and
have your old repo deleted by yourself. On the other hand, you may submit a
transfer request on https://salsa.debian.org/salsa/support/issues at any time.
