I see the changelog still claims:
   * Create python-jcc and python3-jcc packages, and make jcc a transitional
     one.
while neither python-jcc nor jcc remain.

Also, a cosmetic issue: "X-Python3-Version: >= 3.3" makes lintian complain
about such an ancient relation being useless.  It does no harm, so it's mere
cleanup.
