"libtool_captures_shell_build-flags_build-path_path-env" warning

Hello

I'm trying to purge my package's issues: [0]

The "Does not build reproductibly" one has me puzzled. It is described
as "GNU libtool captures SHELL, build path, build flags and PATH
environment in script." [1]

It does look like some autogenerated Makefile is hardcoding some
environment variables: [2]. But I don't understand even whether this
is my fault.

Is this a known libtool bug? Should I worry about it?
May someone please give me at least a nudge in the right direction?
