Hello, I've been in the process of packaging FAST[1], which is a framework for heterogeneous medical image computing and visualisation. CMake builds the framework as a libFAST.so however cmake fails during the linking stage of the test binary. Compilation of the test source can be toggled within CMakeLists.txt with the FAST_BUILD_TESTS option. The error refers to an "undefined reference to vtable for fast::PatchStitcher" and "fast::PatchGenerator::~PatchGenerator()". I am unsure as to if this is an upstream issue or an issue localised to me, because I am still unable to build the test binary solely in cmake and not in dpkg-buildpackage or debuild.
