Changes since last upload:
* New upstream release.
* Rules: add empty override for dh_auto_test. There are no tests, but
dh_auto_test will run make check anyway which fails because of a
renamed file.
* Control: use debhelper-compat instead of debian/compat.
* Bump compat level to 12 (from 11; no further changes).
* Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.0 (from 4.3.0; no further changes).
