4.3.0 actually.  Not that anyone really cares about those, but changing _to_
an ancient version raises eyebrows.

You use compat 12, yet the dependency is only >= 11.

Please either make it ">= 12~", or, better, drop debian/compat and use the
new-style "Depends: debhelper-compat (=12)".  This doesn't suffer from
unsightly ~ nor the reason for it (backports).

But... I think the changelog should include at least two other important
bits:
1. you nuked the old packaging and rewritten it.  Nice!
2. non-free -> main.  Awesome!

Alas, the second part is specially important as it requires a trip through
NEW, for copyright review.

Also, the actual program doesn't seem to work for me.  XFCE, compositor on,
two monitors (2560x1600 and 1200x1600), amdgpu, 64 cores.  Trying to toggle
"fullscreen" or "below" _briefly_ spawns some snow, then nothing; no other
setting appears to do anything.
