Notes

Firstly, this upload fixes one of the RC bug (FTBFS and baseline
violation in i386). As I explained in the bug report, the baseline is in
fact not violated since the build system builds both generic-c and SSE2
version of the binary and select the right version at run-time.

Secondly, this upload enables verbose test log. This should make
debugging FTBFS on other archs easier.

This package takes a long time to build -- the fastest arm64 machine I own
still hasn't finished it yet.  Thus, let's unleash it on buildds so more
archs can be tested.  Works for me on amd64 and i386, at least.
