doxygen fails for cimg when build under unstable but not under testing

Hi,

I'd like to update cimg[1] but the build fails in an unstable
chroot due to an invalid LaTeX file

If I build the package on a testing system it builds fine.  Strangely
enough the doxygen version is the same under testing and unstable.

Any idea how to fix this?
