May I ask why did you convert the package to native? * the upstream package is useful outside Debian * the upstream package _exists_ (ie, doesn't come from Debian) * the packaging hasn't been fully adapted to native Generally, only stuff like debhelper makes sense as native, even if you're upstream -- clear separation between upstream and packaging parts allows other people to make non-maintainer uploads that can be reasonably incorporated into your master repository. (I haven't looked at other changes yet.) Meow!
