Changes since the last upload:

   * QA upload.
   * Update to upstream 2.9. (Closes: #945989)
   * Update Standards-Version to 4.4.1.
   * Update compat level to 12.
   * Add new dependency.
   * Push to salsa and update Vcs.

Note: There is still a problem with d/watch and d/repack.sh but I guess
that can be done next time.
