No, it has not. I figured it is better to upload a new version now that will not work until mercurial is switched to python3 than this package getting kicked out of Debian. Changing the current mercurial version to python3 seems to work, at least for my simple testcases.
Would it be better to just wait until mercurial has switched and then add this package again?
