Looks good, in NEW.

However, it would be good if you moved the executable from /usr/bin/ to
/usr/lib/git-core/ -- it would then be invoked via "git quick-stats" like
all other git commands.

It's nowadays mandatory to upload -2 (initial upload must have binaries,
packages in testing must not have them), thus I've uploaded -1 as-is.
