  * Fix hardening-no-bindnow.
  * Fix debian-watch-uses-insecure-uri.
  * Fix debian-watch-does-not-check-gpg-signature.
  * Fix priority-extra-is-replaced-by-priority-optional.
  * Revert to dwarves-dbgsym for tests execution but skip the test if
    it's not installable (i.e. on transition to testing).
