Changes since the last upload:

I only added myself to uploaders, otherwise this is a no-change upload
of the package from unstable to stretch-backports.

It's a now required build-dependency for the src:wine backports.

I'm a DM with upload-rights for khronos-api and I'm in the backports
acl, so I only need a sponsor for this first NEW upload to
stretch-backports.

I informed the maintainer about the stretch-backport (but he's usually
not available for sponsoring).
