I'm uploading this one, but please consider fixing the following minor
issues for the next release.

1) Update/review d/copyright, specifically the "MIT" license, which
should be "Expat" instead.  Also, no reason to prefix the lines of the
Expat license using "| ", so please remove that.

2) Fix the lintian Info messages:

More importantly, the last two entries.
