Bug#883702: mentors.debian.net for lina acidentally deleted

Dear mentors and Geert,

After a lot of work on getting an archive right, there comes the time
to upload.

I misread the description of dcut

dcut - Debian archive .commands file upload tool

It is not an upload tool. It is a tool to upload commands to remove uploads.
That the commands must be uploaded is neither here nor there.
A much better decription would be
Debian archive remote file manipulation tool

I tried numerous times to upload a new version of lina using
dcut to no avail.

All error messages related to the url " debian.mentors.net" being wrong
so the file dput.cfg drew a lot of attention.

After rereading https://mentors.debian.net/intro-maintainers
finally I understood that I had to do
 dput mentors lina_5.3.0-1_i386.changes

Now I get the message:
"
Package has already been uploaded to mentors on mentors.debian.net
Nothing more to do for lina_5.3.0-1_i386.changes
"
I thought that was something local on my system, because of all the failures. The package has been re-uploaded several times succesfully with the same name, so I did not suspect that this message came for mentors.debian.net, but from some local
queue that was clogged.

At that point I still considered dcut an upload tool. With all those
rm etc I thought that it could clean up a local upload queue.
so I tried:

dcut rm lina_5.3.0-1_i386.changes

to clean the queue. However this deleted the package at debian.mentors.net!
(I should have become suspicious when they asked for my gpg passphrase).

Now there is no trace of lina at debian.mentors.net .
  Except ...
If I try to upload the new version I still get
"
Package has already been uploaded to mentors on mentors.debian.net
Nothing more to do for lina_5.3.0-1_i386.changes

"

What can I do from here?
Just uploading the latest version would make me happy.
