Ok, thanks for the information. Please forward the mail to me
(or to mia@qa.debian.org, that reaches me too) so that I can file a bug to get
kibi's name removed from the Uploaders field .
(policywise the package would then violating policy §5.6.3)
But I hope that Julien answers below :)

Julien: Would it be ok for the X-Strike team to accept Hugh as
Co-Maintainer?

OK. With that an NMU will be in order.
However, I would appreciate it if we could do a normal uploader with it
(and maybe you as new Uploader). This woould then also allow to have some
other improvements in the package...
