Among symbols:
- onig_node_new_enclosure@Base 6.8.1
+ onig_node_new_bag@Base 6.9.1

This function is/was a part of the public API, so this is troubling.  I see
no references on codesearch.debian.net (other than php7.3 and edk2, both of
which ship their private copies of libonig), thus uploaded as-is, though.
