Sure, there is an account with your email, which I suppose is your
account, but I don't understand what's the problem.
You should still be able to login and perfectly use this.
Whilst the mentors.d.n code has the idea of "roles", in the end they
don't have any use and are not even exposed to the interface, so I'm at
a loss to what you may mean with "I cannot switch the role for uploading
any package".
Could you explain in more detail what issues you are facing?
(Also, for mentors.d.n support, the address is support@mentors.d.n,
though d-mentors works as well if there aren't private data involved)
