Not mentioned in the changelog is turning the package into format: native.
That's pretty certainly not the right thing to do: "native" packages are
those which make no sense outside Debian, which doesn't apply to a word
list. Even if there's no other upstream, you can take over and generate
such a tarball yourself -- but that's still something some other distro
may want.
