Disclaimer:

  Intel made some confusing naming. I should point out that mkl-dnn is
  a free software, which can be independently compiled and used without
  any component from intel-mkl . Without linking against intel-mkl, we
  would get a suboptimal performance, but intel claimed that they are
  trying to reduce the performance gap.

  2. [non-free] intel-mkl: Intel Math Kernel Library
     intel-mkl contains another set of dnn api (mkl_dnn.h) but let's ignore it.
