Bug#902742: RFS Fijnstof: serial sensor measurement reader

Dear mentors, 

I made software to read serial (uart) sensors easily and pipe the readings to other systems. Currently I support two models of particulate sensors and two remote services, but I plan to add support for many to come.  I am ready to commit to maintaining this software for the long term.

Particularly particulate sensors seem to be popular. Many of the people I ask are enthusiastic about having their own sensors. As particulate sensor is the first to be supported, I called the app Fijnstof, or Particulates in English. 

There is a project called luftdaten.info which collects data from many sensors, and publishes them on the map. Everyone can check their air quality there. Fijnstof allows publishing measurements to Luftdaten. 

Domoticz is an open source domotica system to automate your home. It can collect sensor data like temperature, light intensity, and humidity. It tracks historic values and plots charts of trends. It allows to add a floor plan of your home, and plot the sensors right on their physical locations. Fijnstof allows sending measurements to Domoticz, so users can track their indoor and outdoor particulates as well.

After the currently supported particulates sensor, I am awaiting a CO2 sensor. Once it arrives, I will add support for this as well. I also expect other sensors to be supported, and am open for pull requests from the community. The code is on github, under https://github.com/jkransen/fijnstof . Its license is GPL v3. 

The config file is extremely flexible, making it easy to wire up sensors to services. To make it even simpler, I hope to get installation as simple as "apt install fijnstof" on any Raspberry Pi (or any other Debian platform). For this, I hope to get my package accepted for the Debian repository. I hope to find your support on that.
