  Changes since the last upload:

  * Remove obsolete debian/dmalloc-dev.info control file.
  * Remove trailing white space from debian/changelog.
  * debian/control:
    - Remove unnecessary Testsuite header.
    - Update Vcs-* headers to salsa.debian.org.
    - Update B-D on debhelper (>= 11).
    - Indicate compliance with Debian Policy 4.1.4.
    - Mark libdmalloc-dev package as Multi-Arch: same.
  * Bump DH build compat level to 11.
  * debian/source/lintian-overrides:
    - Suppress debian-watch-uses-insecure-uri.
    - Rename debian-watch-may-check-gpg-signature to
      debian-watch-does-not-check-gpg-signature.
  * debian/rules:
    - Allow tests to be disabled by setting nocheck in
      DEB_BUILD(_MAINT)?_OPTIONS.
    - Simplify LFS build rules.
    - Remove unnecessary inclusion of /usr/share/dpkg/buildflags.mk.
    - Add missing -fPIE and -pie flags as suggested by blhc.
    - Install dmalloc binary in multiarch library path.
    - Use dh_link to simplify creation of library symlinks.
  * debian/patches:
    - Remove duplicate word from patch description of
      17-autoreconf-2.69.patch.
  * Add machine-readable upstream metadata.
  * Update debian/copyright.
  * Re-implement reproducible-pdfs autopkgtest using poppler-utils,
    since pdftk is no longer available.
  * Add debian/gbp.conf.
